Tokyo: The Local Train

It’s very difficult for me to write this letter. One reason is I have been diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease. A second reason is that I would like to write a personal letter to each of you. The medications and the therapy have taken care of most of the outward signs of Parkinson’s. I have the tremors under control but the joint, muscle and b alance problems still exist. The second problem hasn’t changed. I have not found a way to write each of you a personal letter and get the job accomplishe d within the allotted time. However, what I hope to accomplish with this letter, can only be done if I can getyou to read to the end of this letter.
